Experienced real estate investor and project manager Jennifer Olguin infuses her years of finance and project management prowess into designing creative home solutions for every budget.
 
Jennifer began managing real estate construction projects during her time working as a project manager for a family-owned business. At the request of her investors, she facilitated the end-to-end construction of accessory dwelling units on several single-family properties. She even converted a single-family residence into a triplex for a personal investment.
 
Inspired by her professional experience and driven by her passion for helping others, Jennifer obtained her real estate license in 2022. With the help of her husband, a top fortune 10 finance manager, and her powerhouse network of like-minded investors, Jennifer delivers affordable and creative housing solutions which serve an immediate need in a low inventory real estate market.
 
Jennifer provides a personal level of service to her clients by empowering them with the tools and information needed to make educated decisions. She strategically positions buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate the current market with knowledge and confidence, resulting in a successful closing every time.
 
A resident of Riverside since 2014, Jennifer serves Riverside and the surrounding cities of Corona, Norco, Moreno Valley, and Lake Elsinore. In addition to her passion for creating affordable housing, Jennifer and her family are committed to giving back to the community through their sponsorship of several children's orphanages in Ensenada, Baja, California.
