Welcome Winter!

Tuesday officially marked the 1st day of winter!! ❄️

Thankfully, for us in SoCal we will be having mid to low 70s temps for the next few days! So, let’s enjoy it while we can☀️ before we’re back into cold, rainy weather next week —

Here’s a few winter home tips for you to try out before it really hits “winter” for us here👇🏼
1) Cover patio furniture & store removable cushions
2) Change your air filters & adjust the thermostat
3) Switch your ceiling fans to rotate clockwise
4) Cover your pool to avoid leaves & gunk building up
5) Prep your indoor fireplace & chimney
6) Make sure all windows & doors are property sealed to avoid drafts
